1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration and use of the MomentsBride platform ("Platform", "we", "us") as a customer ("you"). By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Customer Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Platform.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• One person may only maintain one customer account. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred to another party.

3. Use of the Platform

The Platform allows you to browse wedding vendors, view products and services, communicate with vendors, and place bookings. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes related to planning your event.

4. Bookings & Payments

• A booking is confirmed once the vendor accepts your order and the required payment is completed through the Platform.
• Prices, packages, and availability are set by each vendor and may change until your booking is confirmed.
• Payments must be made through the payment methods provided on the Platform, including full payment or installment options where available. Applicable service fees are shown before you complete a payment.
• You agree not to make payments to vendors outside the Platform for bookings initiated through MomentsBride; off-platform payments are not protected by us.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set by each vendor and are displayed on the product or agreed at the time of booking. Refunds, where applicable, are processed through the Platform using the original payment method. In the event of a dispute, MomentsBride may mediate and make a final determination based on the evidence provided by both parties.

6. User Conduct

You must not:

• Place fake, speculative, or fraudulent bookings.
• Post false, defamatory, or misleading reviews, or manipulate ratings.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse vendors or other users.
• Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited promotions.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform, or access it through automated means without our permission.

7. Reviews & Content

You may submit reviews, photos, and other content about vendors you have booked. You retain ownership of your content and grant MomentsBride a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it on the Platform and in marketing materials. Reviews must be honest and based on your genuine experience. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the MomentsBride name, logo, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to MomentsBride and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

MomentsBride acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers and vendors. The contract for products or services is between you and the vendor. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of vendors, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Platform. You may close your account at any time, provided any outstanding bookings are completed or properly cancelled. Provisions concerning liability and content licenses survive termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Platform or by email before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Indonesia.
