This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal and business data provided by vendors ("you") who register and operate on the MomentsBride platform. By registering as a vendor, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

• Account Data: Business name, contact person name, email address, phone number, and business address.
• Business Data: Business registration documents, tax identification number (NPWP), and bank account details.
• Product & Service Data: Portfolio photos, service descriptions, pricing, and availability.
• Transaction Data: Booking records, payment settlements, commission fees, and refund history.
• Performance Data: Customer reviews, ratings, response rates, and dispute records.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used for the following purposes:

• To verify your identity and business eligibility.
• To display your products and services to prospective customers.
• To process customer bookings and notify you of new orders.
• To calculate and disburse payments, minus applicable platform fees.
• To enforce vendor obligations and platform standards.
• To facilitate dispute resolution between vendors and customers.

4. Vendor Obligations

As a vendor on MomentsBride, you are obligated to maintain accurate and up-to-date business information. You must not misrepresent your services, pricing, or availability. You are responsible for fulfilling bookings in accordance with the agreed terms and must handle customer data shared with you only for the purpose of fulfilling orders, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Fees & Commission

MomentsBride charges a platform commission on each completed transaction. The commission rate is disclosed in your vendor agreement. Payment settlement is processed on a regular cycle as specified in the vendor dashboard. Detailed transaction and fee records are accessible at all times through your account.

6. Data Sharing

Your vendor data may be shared with:

• Customers: Business profile, portfolio, and contact details necessary to complete bookings.
• Payment Partners: Bank details for settlement purposes.
• Legal Authorities: When required by applicable law or regulation.

7. Data Retention

Vendor data is retained for the duration of your active partnership with MomentsBride and for a minimum of 5 years after account closure to comply with financial and legal reporting obligations.

8. Your Rights

As a vendor, you have the right to:

• Access and review the data we hold about your business.
• Update or correct inaccurate business information.
• Request account closure and data deletion, subject to retention obligations.
• Receive a copy of your transaction history.
